npower Health Through Warmth (HTW) Crisis Fund

npower Health Through Warmth (HTW) Crisis Fund offers help to people in England* who have long-term illnesses and are finding it hard to fund heating and insulation measures in their homes. Clients don’t have to be or become an npower customer, to receive help.

Who qualifies for help?

People with long-term illness who own and occupy their own home, who also have a low income and little or no savings (which are assessed) and cannot fully fund the work themselves.

Applications are made to FILT by home improvement agencies in most areas*

– Complete and submit the application form

You can also download the client feedback form but we will also send this to you if the application is approved.

Before beginning the application process please download, print and sign the application authorisation  – the client and a representative of the HIA must sign and date the form and upload it when requested on the form.
