Sinead Hammond, Marketing Executive

Sinead helps Foundations develop and maintain its online presence and organises Foundations' events - including the HIA Awards and the DFG Roadshows. She loves to travel, spending time walking in the glorious Peak District and endless refills of tea.

Dave Eldridge, DFG Transformation Lead and Development Manager London and South East

Dave has a background in voluntary sector service management and development. He set up and developed one of the early HIAs in the 1980s and most recently managed the HIA in Waltham Forest. He has also spent 11 years as a strategic commissioner for adult social care so he has been both poacher and game keeper!

Outside work Dave is a trustee of a small charitable trust which funds community projects in Kenya, enjoys running and also finds time for an allotment.                                                                                        

Emily Brierley, Customer Service Officer

Emily works from our Office in Glossop and deals mainly with our Admin/Accounts but also organising and keeping an eye on the Training Courses we run. She enjoys going for walks with her dog in the Peak District and spending time with her family.

Francis tries to make sense of the world for HIAs.  He is passionate about enabling HIAs to take the best of their past into a collaborative future where older and disabled people living in ordinary housing can make choices that are good for them. Francis takes an Edwardian approach to camping - with rugs, chandelier and elaborate picnics.

Harry Weightman, Technical Support Apprentice

Harry is a Technical Support Apprentice whose responsibilities revolve mainly around HIA Case Manager. His role is to manage, maintain and provide assistance to all HIACM customers through the system’s Helpdesk as well as provide some local IT support to Foundations staff.

In his spare time he enjoys a variety of sports including squash and football. He also loves spending time with his family.

 

Lydia Thomas, Business Admin Apprentice

Lydia is a Business Admin Apprentice at Foundations. Her responsibilities involve day to day admin tasks as well as assisting with FILT, the charitable arm of Foundations.

In her spare time she likes to go to the cinema with her friends and travel to new places.

 
Matthew Greenhalgh, Technical Accounts Manager

Email

Matthew is the principal officer for Foundations’ information systems, including HIA Case Manager. His role includes managing the HIA Case Manager helpdesk, coordinating external consultancy and training days, and providing technical and analytical support to all HIACM organisations and Foundations' internal systems. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys walking in the conveniently situated Peak District National Park.

Rebecca Threlfall, Grants Officer

Rebecca supports the grant programmes managed by FILT.  She has previously co-ordinated a Small Grants Unit for a Salford charity, and was involved Neighbourhood Management and funding advice and support  for a number of years in Salford and Stockport, before taking some time out of full time employment to bring up three boys.  They’re now all at school so Rebecca is venturing back into the world of part time work; mornings have never looked so regimented in her house! In her free time Rebecca likes going on adventures with her family and has a slight obsession with the National Trust App.

 
Roy McNally, Development Manager for the North of England

Roy keeps a watching brief over the HIAs located in the North of England. He is especially keen to see them diversify into new markets and service areas. He lives in Manchester with his partner Modupe and at the weekends enjoys flying his kite!




Tony Molloy, Development Manager for the East of England

Until recently Director of Operations at We Care & Repair, Tony has returned to Foundations after an absence of some years.  Originally an Environmental Health Officer, he has been a Private Sector Renewal Manager with a Unitary authority, managed several HIA services, and been head of service of CABx in rural Dorset.




 
Calvin Wakefield-Booth, Technical Support Apprentice

Calvin's main responsibility is to maintain HIACM customer’s systems using the Helpdesk. Calvin also helps provide local IT support in the office to Foundations staff. He likes to play rugby and he enjoys spending time with his dogs.

 




Caroline Parker, Grants Administrator 

Email

Caroline works alongside Rebecca for our charitable arm, FILT. She is also the main point of contact for our Find My HIA website. Caroline spends a lot of her spare time with her 2 children at various sports activities and enjoys long walks with her dog, Oscar.
